Have you had enough?

Lately I find life testing and there are things that are building up that cause stress. We’re all human and it’s ok to put your hands up and say you can’t do or take any more. That enough is enough!

It’s important to stop, take a breath and nurture yourself. If you don’t put fuel into your own tank you’ll have nothing to give to yourself or anyone else.

The way we feel is often reflected in our environment. If we take a look around us, are we living in a super tidy space because we like it like that or because we’re stressed and can’t relax or let things go? Are we living in a cluttered or messy home because we’re overwhelmed and don’t know how or where to even begin to fix it. It’s ok to be happy with your home if it’s like that but if you’re not happy with it, it will be adding to how you feel and the worse it gets the worse you’ll feel too.

There’s no easy fix sometimes and maybe it’s just time or baby steps that help. Whatever works for you, do that. It’s ok to reach out and ask for help and say you’ve had enough.

Make that call, take that step, rest and recharge and ask for what you need, because things can be better on the other side of how you might be feeling. There’s always someone that will understand and know what to do when you’ve had enough.
